1. Controller

Christian Antonetti, Himmeristrasse 29, CH-8052 Zürich, Switzerland. Contact: info@christian-antonetti.com. We are the controller under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable to visitors from the EU/EEA, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What we collect

Waitlist form: the email address you submit. Technical logs: our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request metadata as required to deliver this site securely.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use your email address solely to send you updates about the supapaint launch that you requested. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; FADP). You can withdraw consent at any time — every email contains an unsubscribe link, or write to the contact address above.

4. Storage and recipients

Form entries are stored in our content system (database hosted with Supabase) and in our customer system (ERPNext, operated by us). The website is hosted by Vercel. Where processing takes place outside Switzerland or the EEA, it is safeguarded by recognized mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses.

5. No tracking

This site uses no analytics and no advertising cookies. Only technically necessary processing takes place.

6. Retention

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or until launch communication ends; it is then deleted.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. You may lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, for EU/EEA residents, with your local supervisory authority.
